Aromatherapy Massage – How to Make a Perfect Massage – Part 1

No more sedative and rejuvenating than a good massage at the end of hard work. Why not take it one step further and give a loved one an aromatherapy massage. In this article I will explain how easy it is to realize only a fraction of the benefits of aromatherapy – both you and your partner will benefit.

Aromatherapy massage can reduce heart rate, blood pressure and naturally muscles. In addition, aromatherapy massage improves the following:

o nourishes the skin when the oil is massaged.

o softens fat deposits

o alleviates tension-induced headaches

o reduces stress-related symptoms

o promotes good feeling

o helps to remove toxins by stimulating the lymphatic system.

Aromatherapy massage is always feasible, but the best time at the end of a stressful day. In our busy, lively life, stress-related conditions are growing, but unfortunately, aromatherapy can help balance these negative aspects simply and efficiently.

To get aromatherapy massage, you must first get some essential oils. Make sure you only buy clean essential oils as they are most effective and do not contain chemical additives that may be harmful. The shelf life of clean oils may be 2-3 years, provided they are stored in dark glass bottles and kept away from artificial and natural light.

2-3 essential oils are required for 2-3 essential oils. The best massage oil or jojoba or sweet almond oil, all of which are very similar to our natural skin oils. You will need the carrier oil to dilute the essential oils because they are very concentrated and do not need to be applied directly to the skin.

8 tablespoons jojoba oil or sweet almond oil

20 drops of sandalwood essential oil

10 drops of incense-free essential oils

If you are not sure what essential oil to start, I recommend the following recipe for a great relaxing massage oil: 10 drops of ginger essential oils

This is very quick and easy to prepare, simply mix the oil and place it in a dark glass container and hold it until ready for use. Notice that the carrier oil makes up much of the weight.
