Aromatherapy raw materials
Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of aromatic essential oils of vegetable origin to promote physical and psychological wellbeing
Aromatherapy offers various fit and psychological benefits depending on the essential oil or the combination of oils and the way of application. Some of the therapeutic properties of essential oils used in aromatherapy include analgesic, antimicrobial, antiinflammatory, anti-inflammatory, attenuating, sedative, antispasmodic, anticonvulsant, diuretic and sedative.
Essential oils are used to treat a wide range of symptoms including, but not only gastrointestinal discomfort, skin condition, menstrual pain and irregularities, stress-related conditions, mood disorders, circulatory problems, respiratory infections and minor injuries
. effect on the body. EOs, which are the "pure" essence of a plant, provide psychological and physical benefits when used correctly and safely. More than 70 essential oils exist.
Perfume oils or perfume oils known as "fragrances" are not the same as essential oils. They contain naturally occurring chemicals and do not provide the therapeutic benefits of essential oils. The phrase "scent" was indicated by the FDA to include all of the 850 ingredients that can be used to create a particular scent, so that any component in this category will not necessarily be predominant against the consumer. EOs involved in the smell-induced body assume that they have psychological and physical benefits. Not only the brain encourages the brain to have a positive effect, but the natural ingredients in the lungs can also have a physical benefit.
Oil directly applied to the skin is believed to be absorbed into the blood stream. This absorption helps in many health, beauty and hygiene conditions. Since essential oils are so concentrated and powerful they should never be applied in the undiluted form of the skin.
Essential oils used directly on the skin surface are "carrier oils" that are pure vegetable oils, essential oils and are applied to the skin. Common carrier oils include sweet almond oil, fractionated coconut oil, apricot kernel oil, rapeseed oil, avocado, jojoba, wheat germ and grape seed oil
EO also provides other benefits. Certain oils, for example, are naturally reflected and act as pesticides. Citronella candles are relieved, Citronella essential oil, as the main feature of these candles.
EOs are confused to provide a particularly pleasing scent. The correct synergic essential oil mixture of the right oils is considered to be more advantageous than any oil that is self-employed. Let the mixture last for one or more weeks before adding a carrier oil. Mixtures such as good wines start to transform.
Not all aromatherapy products, "aromatherapy" are pure and natural. Products containing artificial ingredients do not produce true aromatherapy benefits. They can not give any advantage. Check the ingredient of the products you want to buy and see whether they contain scented oils or pollutants. Be careful about these products.
EOs are very expensive; more than others, because of the labor-intensive process and the amount of oil needed to produce oil. About 800 pounds of Thyme would produce 2 pounds of essential oil, 4400 lbs of rose petals to make 2 lb of oil. 6 tons of orange blossom to make 2 kg of Neroli and 4 million jasmine flowers to produce 2 kg of jasmine absolute. Essential oils are 75 to 100 times stronger than dried herbs
Aromatherapy comes from two words. Aroma – that is, scent or scent and therapy – is a treatment. The aromatherapy used by ancient civilizations for the first time is more than 6,000 years old.
It is thought that aromatherapy is first used in Egypt. Pharmacological papers dated 1555 BC included corrective measures for all kinds of illness and application methods resembled Aromatherapy and herbal medicine.
The Egyptians used a procedure called Infusion, plants and incense may be one of the earliest ways to use aromas. The incense burned the sun rose up as sacrifice of god, Ra and Myrrh offered the moon. The Egyptians were experts in embalming, using aromas to help preserve the meat. They're still on this date. The Egyptians used for massage and after bathing fragrant oils
The Greeks continued to use aromatic oils and used them for medical and cosmetic purposes. A Greek doctor, Dioscorides, wrote a book about the herb, and for at least 1200 years the Western world was used as a standard medical reference. A number of remarkable remedies are still being used in the field of aromatherapy.
Most of the Romans have been taken over by the Greeks from their medical knowledge and used to improve and develop the aromatics' abilities, and Rome became the bath of the world. After bathing massage and oiling. The Romans opened the world trade routes and started importing new aromatic products from East India and from Arabia.
During the crusades, the knowledge of aromatic oils and perfumes spread to the Far East and Arabia, and Avicenna, known as a physician, who lived from AD 980 to AD 1037, was the first to use the distillation process for the essence of the rose distillation. Probably many other years have passed before perfecting. The Arabs have also discovered how alcohol should be distilled at the same time, enabling perfumes to be produced on heavy oily basis.
There is a strong possibility that ancient Chinese civilizations are Egyptians. Shen Nung Herbal book is the oldest surviving medical book in China, which dates from 27 to B.C. and contains information on more than 300 plants. The Chinese used aromatic herbs and burned aromatic forests and scents for respect for God.
Traditional Indian herbs known as ayurveda have been practiced for over 3,000 years, and aromatic massage is one of the most important aspects. Conquistadors' invasions in South America have resulted in the discovery of several herbs and aromatic oils, as Aztecs are well known for herbal remedies. The Spaniards wondered at the richness of herbs found in the botanical gardens of Montezuma.
North American Indians also used aromatic oils and produced their own herbs
In the 19th century, scientists in Europe and Great Britain began researching the effects of essential oils on human bacteria. A French chemist, Rene Gattefosse, began researching the healing power of essential oils after burning her hands in her laboratory. He quickly tapped into the lavender oil and was impressed by how fast the burn was. In 1937, he published a book about the antimicrobial effects of oils and the word "Aromatherapy".
A French physician, Jean Valnet, discovered Gattefosse's research and started experimenting with essential oils. About a time, a French biochemist, Margaret Maury, has developed a unique method for these oils to use the massage on the skin. Michele Arcier, who was living in London, studied and worked with Margaret Maury and Valnet, and their combined techniques created a form of Aromatherapy that has been used everywhere around the world. FATTY OILS
Essential oils are volatile liquids, plants, including seeds, bark, leaves, stems, roots, flowers, fruits, and so on. One of the reasons is the determination of the purity and therapeutic value of the oil. These components can be influenced by many variables, oil production, soil condition, fertilizer, ecological or chemical, geographic area, climate, altitude, harvest season and methods as well as distillation process. 19659002] The production of cleanest oils can be very costly because it may require thousands of pounds or even thousands of pounds of plant material to extract a pint of pure essential oil. For example, one pound of pure Melissa oil sells $ 9,000- $ 15,000.
Melissa oil is a strong antidepressant. Though it may be quite expensive, three tonnes of plant material are needed to make this one pound of oil. Because most of the oils produced in today's world are used by the perfume industry, the oils are only bought for their aromatic properties.
High Pressure, High Temperature, Fast Processing and Chemical Solvents are often used to distill the process by making larger amounts of oil faster. These oils have the same good scent and are less dry, but the most important chemical ingredients needed to produce the expected therapeutic results are the most absent.
There are also significant differences between synthetic essential oils and pure essential oils. Synthetic fragrance oils are mainly produced by mixing aromatic chemicals from coal tar. These oils can doubled the pure botanical odor, but the complex chemical components of some essential oils in nature determine the true aromatic benefits. While synthetic fragrances are not suitable for aromatherapy, the natural fragrance of artwork, potpourri, soap and perfume makes it a fraction of the cost.
• Essential oils are regenerative, anti-oxygen and immunostaining properties of plants.
• Some EO constituents are small in molecular size that can quickly penetrate the skin tissue.
• EOs are lipid-soluble and can penetrate cell walls, even if they are hardened due to lack of oxygen. In fact, essential oils can affect all cells of the body within 20 minutes and then they are metabolized as other nutrients.
• EO contains oxygen molecules that help nutrient nutrition in starving human cells. Since the nutrition deficiency is an oxygen deficiency, the disease begins when the cells lack oxygen for proper nutrition assimilation. By providing the necessary oxygen, essential oils also stimulate the functioning of the immune system.
• EO is very powerful antioxidants. Antioxidants create an unfavorable environment for free radicals. They prevent all mutations, work as free radical scavengers, prevent mushrooms and prevent oxidation in cells.
• EO is antibacterial, anti-cancer, antifungal, anti-infective, antimicrobial, antineoplastic, anti-parasite, antiviral and antiseptic. Essential oils have been shown to destroy all the bacteria and viruses tested while simultaneously restoring the balance to the body.
• The work of the EO to detoxify cells and body blood
• EO is aromatic. When scattered, air purification:
Removal of metal particles and toxins from the air.
Increasing Atmospheric Oxygen
Increasing ozone and negative ions in the area that inhibit bacterial growth
Destroying mold, cigar and smell of animals
Filling the air with fresh fragrance
• EO helps promote emotional, physical and spiritual healing
To extract essential oils in the most effective way while maintaining therapeutic benefits or distilling or expressing. These two methods are discussed below.
EOs most often obtain the vapor distillation process from plants. In this process, steam is introduced into a distillation chamber containing the plant material. Steam breaks the plant tissue, releasing the essential oil in a vaporized form. Evaporated essences, along with steam and other materials, are passed through the pipeline to the cooler tanks. The vapors return to liquid form and are separated from the water and separated as essential vegetable oils.
Expression, also known as cold pressing, is made exclusively with citrus oils. In this method, the oiled outer layer of the fruit is pressed and filtered to obtain the essential oil. Eucalyptus, 150 pounds of lavender, 500 pounds of rosemary, 1 000 pounds of jasmine and 2,000 pounds of rose that a pound of pounds of essential oil! The price of each essential oil is directly related to the amount of plant material needed for distillation.
All oils are valuable in aromatherapy. For example, lavender is relaxing, orange rising, rosemary helps to concentrate and peppermint energizes. If you want to support a certain mood, you can scatter a certain essential oil
Three Typical Methods for Applying Essential Oils
This is one of my favorite ways to get the best odor of essential oils and home at the same time.
The diffusers are so easy to handle! Just follow the instructions of the diffuser. Adding a lot of work by adding a small amount of water can add some drops of essential oil to the machine and then turn on the machine. The diffuser releases a cool steam that delivers a pleasing fragrance to your room.
Swallowing essential oils is a very personal decision. I totally do not support the introduction of essential oils, which do not claim that the manufacturer is safe. Always read the labels!
Placing the EO directly on the skin is a very easy way to benefit from it. Some EOs can be used directly, which is undiluted. The most commonly used essential oil that can be used in this way is lavender. It is very delicate on the skin and can be used for many different reasons! The reason for this is the delay of the Swiss Army's essential oils
EO requires a dilution that normally requires a dilution ratio of at least 1: 1 to the carrier oil but can be further diluted depending on your preference. I usually find that 1-2 drops of essential oil in 1 TBSP carrier oil for quite a lot of applications. Oils can be diluted and still retain their value, even those that can be used directly
What is carrier oil?
Carriers are made from vegetable, nuts or seed oils, many of which have therapeutic properties. Do not reduce the therapeutic benefits of essential oils; spread and facilitate essential oils on the skin. Carrier oil is a base oil used for the dilution of essential oil.
General cargo oils …
• Coconut oil
• Olive oil
• Jojoba oil
• Almond oil
• Grape seed oil
• Avocado oil
You can use Shea butter or cocoa butter – do not need to be an effective oil
"Therapeutic quality" oil is the same as 100% pure, 100% therapeutic or any combination of these terms. It only means that the oils are clean of pollutants, pesticides, synthetic materials and other counterfeits and can be used therapeutically. All pure essential oils are of therapeutic quality. Most of them can be taken and all are therapeutic.
However, "food grade" oil refers to any oil that can be used in food. It also applies to oils such as Olive, Canola, Vegetable, macerated oils, linseed oil, and mineral and engine oils. Most essential oils can be used in food but since food grade oil is so loose and open, I would very much use the essential oils because it is because all other food grade oils are as good as essential oils that are not correct
What good place to experiment and apply the therapeutic value of essential oils?

• Armor – reinforcing and refreshing protective compound.
• Sharpening – Midlight and focus focus.
• Vital Boosting and Energizing Enhancement Mix
Good companies give dilution minima and directions for use if they are topical, aromatic or ingested on labels. If there are any warnings on the labels – please do not assume it's just a little rainbow warning.
If you are in doubt about the quality of the company, you must always conduct an investigation. I suggest you contact the company directly to ask questions.
• Do you know exactly where the oil comes from?
• Does the company share the origin of the product?
• How do you grow? Are there pesticides?
• How did the oil distill?
• Go to the business economy and look at the process for themselves?
• Is the company harvesting and distilling many sample distillates to achieve the highest therapeutic properties?
• Do you know that the oils they buy are safe to swallow? Raw?
• Are there any toxic warnings that come from essential oils?
• Do you have an expiration date?
• Do not buy essential oils because the essential oils are the same.
• Do not buy essential oils with a rubber stopper.
• Read as much as you can about Aromatherapy
• Be Selective of Purchasing Essential Oils
• Learn how to compare apple apples when buying essential oils. Anise, lavender, cedar and eucalyptus examples for the common name of the plants used to produce essential oils. However, each plant has different varieties. To understand the differences in these varieties, the botanical name that they call the Latin name is used to isolate them. It is very important to know the botanical name
• Observe the country of origin of the oil
• Do not buy oils at street fairs, craft shows or other limited time. Buy oil from renowned online companies.
• Store the oils in a dark glass and in a cool, dry place
• Pay particular attention to all safety information on the oils used
. recap, essential oils and aromatherapy have been used for millennia and acceptance and performance. Aromatherapy offers a variety of essential and psychological benefits, depending on the essential oil or combination of oils and the way in which the application is used.
Worldwide, it must be clear from many different cultures in the world that use aromatherapy and essential oils to make this form of alternative medicine valuable.
Pleasant natural aroma can have a positive psychological effect on your body. Essential oils that determine the "pure" essence of the plant provide both psychological and physical benefits when used correctly and safely.
Start with some of the oils that capture your imagination and, as you learn, add the essential oils, essential oils and essential oils, and balance perfumes and fragrances for perfume and aromatherapy.
