Herbal Soap Aromatherapy

In aromatherapy, natural oils in plants use physical and psychological benefits to users such as pain and anxiety, memory improvement, rest, mental alertness, hormone regulation, sleep improvement, nerve stimulation and digestive aids. The exact method used by aromatherapy to cure the body is currently unknown. However, it can be assumed that the oils directly affect the limbic system of the brain through odor nerves. As the scents inhale, nerves inside the nose stimulate and affect the limbic system that is responsible for moods, memories, and learning abilities. When this part of the brain is stimulated, endorphins and other neurotransmitters are released and spread throughout the body and thus bring healthy benefits to the aforementioned. There is some speculation that when combined with a carrier base, the chemical compounds of the oils pass through the skin and leave the toxins in the base. The chemical compounds then act as drugs to alleviate the disease. It is therefore important that the essential oils are always combined with the substrates before they are applied to the skin.

The benefits of aromatherapy can be experienced in many ways. Scented candles, herbal soaps and air dispensers (which dilute the oil in a small bowl and allow scents to spread in the air) and even oil blends can be used for aromatherapy. All methods are safe to use and depend on user preferences. Herbal soaps ensure the use of essential oils and aromatherapy in a safe way, as safe carrier bases are provided for use on the skin.
