About acid reflux and allergies we need to understand a little about how the body deals with foreign intruders. When we meet things that our body decides to be strange to us, our body provides protection against such foreign bodies. Our body produces IgE that is specifically induced to react to these foreign bodies

Generally, foods should be broken down into short sugars, proteins and fat molecules. These short molecules pass through the intestinal wall through the liver and are processed and put into different tissues.
These short molecules are no longer large enough to resemble pork or potatoes. In general, they are so short that they do not give our mast cells any immune system.
But if we have internal inflammation, our gut wall ignited. Inflammation results in a larger intestinal wall than when it is knee-swelling and larger.
Larger areas of the swollen intestine allow larger molecules to penetrate into the body and penetrate into the body.

But an inflamed intestine enters these big proteins before being tiny, unrecognizable proteins. Large soy protein molecules can now enter the blood stream. There, they trigger an additional inflammatory reaction.
These larger molecules can not move in the body. The body recognizes that it is alien and responds.
How Our Body Responds to Foreign Proteins
Body IgE spots these larger molecules that should not be there. It triggers another immune response. Swelling, inflammatory cells towards different parts of the body. As we alluded to.
Even worse, these large molecules are often similar to molecules naturally found in the body. For example, it is a bit like the body's own tissue. The body responds to the big foreign molecule, and because the molecule resembles the body's own molecules, the body attacks its own tissue.
This is the source of food intolerance and shows that it leads to autoimmune problems and internal inflammation. As these food intolerances begin, they continue and are often worse as our bowel constantly ignites. Inflammation in our gut allows us to become more and more foreign proteins in the blood stream. These other foreign proteins are similar to proteins in the body that mobilize our bodies against their own tissues. The immune system of our body is a form of inflammation, like the mating cells, which move not only to foreign molecules, but also to the molecules of the body itself. Of course, as you can see, it only causes inflammation, not just in the gut, but throughout the body. Scientists have discovered that internal inflammation is a source of inflammation caused by many diseases and is likely to be heart disease, hypertension, arthritis, and diabetes.
