How can children overcome allergies to eggs?

It's not easy to eat eggs with egg allergies – especially if you eat, buy pre-packaged foods or eat fast food. Eggs are so many food products that today they know without eating eggs.

Eggs come from many breakfast cereals, lots of bread, almost all baked products, tons of sauces and all kinds of frozen food. They are like allergy sufferers if they have allergies to eggs, they have to be extremely knowledgeable when reading labels so that they do not have negative reactions to foods.

It is not uncommon for many children to become infected with allergies and then lose by entering primary school. But some researchers believe that the process can be accelerated by deliberately exploring the eggs that have been heat-treated for months.

In a study published by Allergy and Clinical Immunology, 94 egg-dyed children were typically exposed to heat-treated eggs. The heat-treated eggs were in the form of fried products such as bread and cake. Six months later they were tested with less processed eggs and ninety-five percent did not respond. This consistently indicates that those who suffer from egg allergy may gradually build up their tolerance to eggs through the mild, over several months exposure of the heated egg products.

If a person has egg allergies, they really have allergies to egg proteins. Egg allergies are overwhelmed by the human immune system to egg-derived proteins. If you believe that proteins are endangering the body, the system of people has begun to fight against the opponents. Antibodies, however, release hormones into the body – so-called histamine. These histamine are the real causes of the reactions that many people have started to experience immediately, such as shortness of breath, urticaria, and stomach pain.

Egg allergy is a primary pediatric disease. By the time the child reaches about 5 years of age, he is likely to outgrow the allergy. However, in a very small percentage of cases, the child does not tolerate the eggs and continues to experience allergic reactions in the adult.

However, recent studies suggest that the duration of immune systems in children can be reduced to become a tolerance for eggs, slowly and continuously over a period of six months. The same can be the case for adults, but it has not been tested yet.

The egg's allergic reaction is usually within moments of time. The person may cause hives and cause extraordinary redness in the domestic area. The reaction may also affect the breathing of the person, which makes breathing more difficult. In extreme cases, it may also cause the face to swell and close the corridor of the airways and possibly trigger an asthma attack. Reactions vary by person, but even in worse cases, the attack is normally totally less than 24 hours.
