How does crying affect your eyes?

Have you ever had days when you simply can not stop crying? Maybe you lost a beloved and you cry while there's no word? There is a very famous common term to "good cry"; we all heard and maybe even said a couple of times … But what's behind the exact meaning? Is it really a "good" cry? Expression of emotional state? Or maybe your physical condition? In this article, we explore the nature behind the tears and the tear of physical impact on our eyes.

We can be sorry for all kinds of reasons: loss, close, stressful day – or even a good laugh can cry us! In the middle of crying, we often strive to wipe our tears immediately and simply stop crying. Well, although we all know it may not be that simple, research is now being shown that it is not necessarily the best solution either! There are three main types of tears: simply eye-catching tears and basal tears, stressful or emotional tears.

Our eyes can start water without any emotional enemies. Watermelons are subject to physical reactions and may protect our eyes from foreign bodies, such as dust and debris. These are typically called reflex tears. Basal tears appear in a slightly different but still protective layer. Each of us has a fluid layer that protects our eyes from dehydration; this layer is known as basal tears. To ensure that our eyes do not get dry or get bacteria, basal tears always keep our eyes. Typically, we know exactly how stressful and emotional tears are – of course there are a lot of intensity. However, recent research suggests that these tears are significantly different from each other due to the tear components, any tear of protective tear. Generally, however, further lubrication to our eyes (with emotional weeping) can only have extra physical benefits for the eyes.

Although weeping does not cause physical injury to our eyes, weeping for a long time can cause temporary stress on our eyes, face and body. Believe it or not, making tears really does a lot of work in the body. Therefore, if you cry for a long time, you literally get exhausted. That is why they are always "exhausted" after the "good" cry. If you are not hydrated enough, you may get headaches and generally feel weaker.

You have to face them: it's easy to make trouble when they're on the go! There are ways that try to stop or at least reduce the heavy weeping flow – often laughter can play a great part in it! However, if you are trying to discover your dark, circular eyes after a dark cry, then there are other possibilities! Classic looks can be the wearing of sunglasses or regular glasses. At the same time you should be careful if you wear a couple of spectacle frames because they may actually increase your appearance depending on your medical prescription! It does not matter if you decide to continue after a light day, only knowing that the story of old wives is not far away … So go free and cry good
