How to Use Essential Oils and Aromatherapy for Diffuser and Inspiration

We have the essential oils and know that natural therapies are effective and safe for health and healing. Now there is some headache – what are you doing?

Essential Oils (E.O.'s) are easy to use. Open the bottle, get one or two drops and use it. This is it. Not the answer you are looking for? Let's expand it a bit.

E.O. has a variety of therapeutic therapies. The method you choose is from the treated state and in some cases E.O. depending on the use.

The three major categories:

Inhalation

It's topical

Inner

Inhalation of essential oils

E.O. very effective inhalation. This method is the best, but not limited to, emotional states such as stress, anxiety and depression, respiratory diseases, headache, migraine, colds, flu, sinus congestion and natural perfume, such as fragrance. Methods for Inhaled Oils:

Diffuser: There are several diffusers for distributing essential oils to the atmosphere. You can also add EO to round water and inhalation – be careful not to let the fumes into your eyes as this may be very irritating to some oils

Evaporation: Some essential oils should be discarded on a cloth or cloth, either directly or in the immediate vicinity . This is a good system for insomnia or sleeping. The evaporation process may also include spongy discharge.

Spray: A 15 drops of E.O. Adding ounce water in a spray bottle is the ideal way to create a room for fragrance or deodorization. Be sure to shake the bottle before spraying it.

Putz Method: Place a drop of EO on a 2 "rectangular tissue and then insert it into your nose for a few minutes and repeat the other nostril, sinus and respiratory problems

Most EOs for inhalation and diffusers, your choice depends on the results you are looking for, some suggestions:

Stress – Bergamot, Cape Chamomile, Cedarwood, Clary Salad, Almond and Roman Chamomile

Cold Fever / Influenza / Sinus Congestion – Cinnamon Eucalyptus radiata, eucalyptus globulus, chicken, lavender and marjoram

Headache – eucalyptus radiata, ginger, lavender and peppermint [thymeflakesMQV

Euphoric / aphrodisiac – incense, jasmine, and tuberose
