The basis of aromatherapy

Essential oils for a long time largely go to the spa or massage. Get in the air, add massage oil, and use them directly on the body or be personally used to treat the disease.

If we have returned for centuries, the essential therapies for diseases are followed by plants, extracts of plants and what they have learned, to this day, where they use the same plants for what they can give them.

Take for example eucalyptus. It is a fast growing plant, and it is evergreen, and is native to Australia. First you can think of the main diet of the koala, but you can use the leaves to produce essential oils that help cure cough, colds and congestion, are anti-infective, antimicrobial and are great to overcome respiratory problems. It can be used with massage cream to relieve muscle and joint pain, and because nature is cool, wonderful for everyday pain and pain.

Bergamot is a citrus scent oil that is used for treating stress, depression and anxiety. It also has healing properties and works well for healing skin infections. It also stimulates the liver, spleen and digestive system. Added to the massage oil, bergamot helps to relax when tension leaves your body. What could be better?

Chamomile has long been known as a major soothing agent. Tea is popular and is also popular in the spa because it is antidepressant and intimate. Chamomile is also used for antiseptic and antibiotic properties.

Tea tree oil is very widely used, so it is not surprising that this is the most popular essential oil and has used a lot in aromatherapy situations. There are plenty of areas to use, which is a natural immune system reminder. It also combats infections, heals the skin with tiny cuts and burns, relieves muscle pain, flu, and even stuff like athletes' feet! Talk to a multi-purpose essential oil.

If you are looking for aromatherapy to mitigate hyperactivity, do not look to the bigger hill. It also facilitates anxiety, helps digestion and helps with problems such as convulsions. In the case of massages it helps to relieve headaches and tension, as well as fatigue.
