The eyelids and your emotions

Eyebrow is actually very common. Virtually everybody touches his life at least once. This is due to the involuntary movement of the eyelid muscles. That's why it's called an eyelid. Generally, this is not harmful, but it can be very annoying or embarrassing.

The problem is caused by many things. There may be some irritation in the eyes. If you are lacking in sleep, if you have too much coffee, or if you have a lot of stress, your eyes may shake. This may also happen if you are staring for too long on your computer or television. Your eyes will shake if you have an epileptic or neurological disorder.

It's also closely related to your eyelid spasms and your emotions. What is the connection? Do you know that you are nervous or depressed or with high stress? Not only because you think of it, but also because signs and symptoms are present. For example, you may say that you are depressed because it is irritable, capricious and always sad.

Eyeballing often involves anxiety. If you want to talk to a big crowd then the eye shakes. If you face the most feared source of fear, your eyelids begin to move unchecked. So in those cases where the movement is not caused by illness, lack of sleep, excessive coffee or other factors, then it could have caused you to feel it.

What do you have to do?

You have to resolve all your negative emotions if you want to get rid of your eyes. There are two best ways to do this.

First looking for a psychotherapist. You may have to go through a series of therapies designed to change the bad habit that is eye-twitching and to get rid of all the negative emotions you feel. For example, if the cause is a cause for public speech, then the therapist can give you the scenarios you need to talk to before the audience. She encourages you to face your fears and calmly relax when you talk in public. This technique is often referred to as exposure therapy.

Secondly, you can use different statements or humble messages. These are usually used by therapists in cognitive behavioral therapy where they teach how negative thoughts can be turned into positive

. However, since you can download these subconscious messages online, you can do the therapy

If you feel that your anxiety or stress builds up and your eyes twitch, just breathe loosely and deeply, then listen to the allegations. Some of the messages you can listen to include:

I'm brave and strong.

I'm pretty sure what to do.

I can play my strengths.
