25 Use essential oils in your everyday life

Aromatherapy is still showing increasing interest as North America is pursuing alternative and free use of natural medicines. Using herbal supplements in our daily lives is an excellent example of this. Aromatherapy is still in the realm of insecurity. People know the term, hear the most about essential oils, but few know how to use them in practical daily applications. Here are some examples of some examples of how to improve your everyday life with essential oils.

first Air with ceramic or electric diffuser for air purification or scent.

2nd Arc steam – Add a few drops of oil to boiling water, place your face on the bowl and place your head with a towel and breathe deeply.

3rd Bathing water – Give 4-10 drops to your bath or whirlpool.

4th Skin scrubbing – Add 4-10 drops of oil to 60 ml (2 oz) of distilled water in a vaporizer glass and then spray the skin for fresh lifting.

5th Bedding spray for refreshing plates and towels – the same as the skin spray, but mix 20 to 30 drops to 60 ml (2 oz) and spray the sheets.

7th Spray spray – the same as the canvas spray, but the concentration of 50-75 drops of 60 ml (2 oz) of distilled water.

8th Hand or foot bath – Add 4-6 drops of oil to warm water and soak your hands or feet in it. Also add 2 tbsp epsom salt to the water to the tired legs.

ninth Massage oil easily, by adding 10-20 drops of oil to 30 ml (1 oz) carrier oil, such as grapes, olives, sweet almonds, jojoba etc.

10th After the shower, put a few drops of oil on a dishcloth and rub it firmly.

eleventh Put a few drops of eucalyptus oil on a pillow on your dress at night to help breathe when it's cold or flu-like.

12th Hot fillings are wonderful in painful tired muscles. Add 5-10 drops of oil to hot (no hot) water. Spill a cloth in the water, unscrew it and place it in the affected area. Repeat as needed.

13th Cold compression – for headache and swelling. Just like warm packaging, but cool cold water.

14th The headache is lavender.

15th Dab tea tree acne acne helps to clear the infections.

16th The old potpourri blends should be renewed by adding 10-20 drops and stirring.

17th Create your own perfumes by mixing your favorite oils with bees or olives.

18th Sniff peppermint oil for nausea, including morning sickness, motion sickness and carnival rides.

19th Fill the Roman camomile with warm filling for infant cholera.

20th Massage with menstrual cramps, in vegetable oils, such as grapes or jojoba.

21st Gentle massage the cypresses containing the massage of the pancreas.

22nd Add a few drops of eucalyptus to your shampoo to help with dandruff problems.

23rd Help smooth wrinkles overnight, with a few drops of incense that is diluted in sweet almond oil.

24th Depression is a diffused jasmine or elevated in the air.

25th Long night in town, add juniper to your bath to help detoxify your body.

Keep in mind that essential oils are usually too concentrated to use directly on your skin. It should be diluted for application. Like anything, there are exceptions. Lavender and tea tree are the most commonly used oils that can be applied directly to the skin (purely). Its effects on essential oils and body, mind and mind contain many excellent resources. Some oils are contraindications, so it is important to know some oil before using it.
