3 Seminar Practices for improving vision

  1. Contrary to popular belief, vision is mostly a brain exercise, not an eye. Your eyes are just a window in which the light rays pass. As you need to improve your vision, you must first correct your brain responsible for vision. To do this simply close your eyes and place your palm on them. It blocks all light and gives the brain the opportunity to focus on visualization. Showcase the most brilliant scenes, and imagine that you can see them without glasses.
  2. Each time you move, you have to experience "counter-movement". This means that if you advance, you must realize everything else to move toward (in the opposite direction). If you do not perceive a hostile movement and things look flat, you probably have trouble with your vision. Let's move this out when we palm your eyes.
  3. Everything you see focuses. For example, if you face your face, focus on your nose, then your lips, then your right eye, and so on. Focusing reduces the tension by trying everything at once. Fracture causes an unhealthy aberration of the eye's muscles – repeated tightening causes a chronic problem that causes the problem of vision.
