Aromatherapy – Does it smell, but it works?

Is Voodoo there? Are all of this? Why are we cheap? Or just because people cure themselves with the scent of smell, then swallowed with a needle or a tablet. Aromatherapy is a new feeling good about drugs, well, actually not!

Aromatherapy has been dating back centuries. India and Egypt are widely accepted as countries where aromatherapy originates. In Egypt, the use of aromatherapy was a privilege, and only the Pharaohs and the great exercises allowed themselves. Even Cleopatra was known for aromatherapy. From Egypt, the echo of the new cure healing spread to Arabia. India, China, Japan and Tibet spread. Regarding the earliest stages of mankind, the use of aromatic-type smokes has generated many everyday lives and religious ceremonies for many people to be sacred.

Unfortunately, the XIX. In the centuries, the arrival of modern medicine came about and, as expected, people began to turn away from aromatherapy and want to experience the new medicine. Thanks to the French chemist Rene-Maurice Gattesfosse, in the 1920s, he was reborn in aromatherapy. According to the story, Rene had seriously burned himself in his laboratory and stopped the pain and placed his arm in the only available cold material, which was a lavender essential oil container. His burn was healed quickly with very little scarring. From then on, Rene studied aromatherapy for the rest of his life, or the healing power of spotted healing oils.

Aromatherapy discovered his journey to Britain in the 1950s; but only in the 1980s when people in the United States began to get to know aromatherapy. So what is aromatherapy? Aromatherapy is the use of volatile vegetable oils, including essential oils for physical and psychological well-being. Essential oils are a pure essence of a plant. It is important to note that perfume oils, also known as fragrances, are not the same as essential oils. Perfume oils and fragrances contain unnatural chemicals and are not capable of providing the benefits of essential oils.

Aromatherapy has been used from cold to central nervous system disorders and illnesses. Many people also pay attention to aromatherapy to help alleviate their mental and emotional disturbances (eg Depression and anxiety). Many essential oils have antibacterial and antiviral properties, these elements allow essential oils to help eliminate stress, increase energy, boost memory, and stimulate natural healing.

Aromatherapy is nice, good smells and easy, but like everything else in life, the catch and aromatherapy are no different. Essential oils of aromatherapy are essential oils. These oils are highly concentrated liquids, which may be harmful if not used properly. Essential oils should always be diluted before placing them on the skin. Some oils may cause allergic reactions in some people. Everyone else. Just because a certain oil does not irritate the skin does not mean that it does not irritate others. Some essential oils should be avoided during pregnancy, as well as patients with asthma, epilepsy and other health conditions. Not all essential oils should be used in aromatherapy. Lollipops, royal penny, onion, camphor, wintergreen and rue are some of the oils that need to be avoided.

Aromatherapy is not all and ends with all but another step in the potential healing process. No wonder medicine! Can not cure major illnesses!
