Eye Exercises for Better Vision

Make sure your eyes are feeling. In other articles, I shared the information about silence my eyes, and I knew when we were in training. Definitely, stabbing is one of the worst things you can do with your eyes. Training and fixing can cause damage at a certain distance. Think about what you're doing at work. Do you watch the computer over the clock? Read numbers on a computer display or printed report? Think about how your eyes feel at the end of a business day. Tired? Do you have the urge to rub them? If these symptoms describe your experience, learn the following three exercises that will help you relax your eyesight and relax your eyes:

1. Point Exercise: This is a classic Bates Method exercise. Look at a written page or sign on the wall. I find this useful on the bus or subway at the end of the job. Find a punctuation on the page (comma, period, dot, or quotation marks) and focus on it as clear as possible. Look at the point and the focus, the focus, the focus. Like most people, it may be successful for the first time, but in a matter of seconds time starts to blur.

Now relax your eyes. How? Close your eyelids for a minute and feel the muscles around the covers and the eyeball losing tension. Open your eyes. Look at the same point or mark that I was focusing on before, but do not try to focus it by staring or concentrating. Instead, let your eyes move slowly around the side; slide your appearance above and beyond the marked mark for early focus. Always remember, your eyes are moving. Do not forget to blink as you used to. Now close your eyes and get the point, then open your eyes to see it again. As soon as your eyes are calm, you will notice that the point is easier to see.

2nd Word Usage: You can take this practice again on the bus or subway, or even in a book you're reading. Find a word that contains five or more letters. Look at the word to see all letters, but do not let your eyes move. Focus on the whole word and try to make a strong image of the word in your mind. Again you will notice that the word starts to blur as time passes and you are staring at it constantly.

Then loosen your eyes. It's okay to close them. Open your eyes and let them float slowly in each letter of the word. Blink. Let your eyes live: do not force them to look at a particular thing. When he returns his gentle gaze to the word, he must be clear. Essentially, your eyes move freely, which alleviates stress and encourages better vision.

3rd Lazy Eights : This is a practice I found on at TS Jordan's "Brain Gym Activities and Exercises" section. The following instructions are available:

Perform lazy eight-occipital exercise to help get up in the brain and improve the concentration level for reading. Stand or sit on a wall and look pretty much at eye level. Start motion by tracking an imaginary octave of an eye on the wall, follow the path to a full circle, and then return to the selected center. Continue the movement by dragging the same number back in eight directions. You can move your head slightly by following the curve of the eighth shape but try to relax the neck muscles. Repeat this for 10 "circles in both directions.

These are simple exercises that you can do anywhere, where you can sit for a few minutes (not when you're driving, please!). Knowing these exercises will help "teach" your eyes, how you see and protect your vision during your age.
