How to improve your vision without surgery – Simple eyewash exercises do wonders

We all know how important the body's fit is. There is a list of the "good you" activities for the gym, jogging and swimming. But did you know that you could practice your eyes too? Exercising the eyes keeps you healthy, preserves your eyelid, helps you monitor and improves your vision without surgery.

Practice 1. Massage

  • Closely close your eyes for 3-5 seconds and then open for 3 to 5 seconds. Repeat this 7 or 8 times.
  • Then close your eyes and massage the circular movements of your fingers for 1-2 minutes. Be sure to press it very lightly; otherwise your eyes may be damaged.
  • Press your hand with three fingers to your upper eyelid, hold it for 1-2 seconds, then release it. Repeat 5 times.
  • 2nd exercise Movement

Sit down and relax. Carefully turn your eyes and turn them counterclockwise. Repeat 5 times and blink between them.

3rd exercise. Mark on the glass

Sit for approx. 50 cm from the window. Take a mark on the glass at the eye level (a small sticker, black or red, would be perfect). Look at this signal and focus on something for 10-15 seconds; then focus again on the mark

    4. exercise. Follow the pencil

Hold a pencil at the length of a lever. Move your arm slowly to your nose, follow the pencil with your eyes until you can listen. Repeat 10 times.

5th Practice Writing on the Wall

Look at you in the opposite wall and make it your head without head. It seems a bit odd at the beginning, but with a bit of exercise it is fun. The larger the letter, the better the effect.

6th practice: watch the time with your eyes

Imagine being in a really big clock. Look at the middle of the clock. Then watch the lessons without turning your head. Look back in the middle. Then look at the other hour. Do this at least 12 times. You can do this practice with your eyes closed

When exercising, make sure nobody is facing you, or you know that you are doing ophthalmic exercises. Otherwise you probably think you're going.

If you can save 10 to 15 minutes a day for doing these exercises, it would be very useful for your eye health. But more importantly, we are doing the exercises on a regular basis for a long time. 30 to 60 seconds of eye movement is very useful every hour. For example, if your computer is doing something sweet, most people just swear on the poor thing and wasting time, but they can also take a few moments of glimpse. Even the first day you do this, you have to realize that when you finish your job, your eyes are not as tired as usual.
